Sroka Brothers - Austen & Colin - Parkside 2 & 3
There must have been something in the breakfast food at the Sroka house last month. In the 2nd quiz of the day both Austen and Colin answered question #20 correctly to lead their teams to victory. First, Austen waited the whole quiz to jump and on question 20 he got up and got it right. Giving his team a ten point victory. Just like his older brother, Colin got the light on question 20 and broke a tie score and his team won by 20.
Way to go Sroka's!
Caleb Alexander - Midland 2
Caleb had a good quiz against Parkside 2. He had 4 right and 1 wrong at question 13. Parkside 2 made a comeback after that closing to within 10 point of Midland 2 at question 19. Caleb knew he had to get the light on question 20 and he did - unfortunately the answer escaped him but the bonus was missed. Undeterred Caleb took the light on question 21 and this time he had the answer and his team won by 20.

Had a couple of quotes for January but didn't write them down. However the picture of Bill wearing goggles with a 'potty run' sign will be forever etched in our memory. (If someone has a picture of that I would be happy to post it)
